Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RoadieForge Health, Inc. (“RoadieForge”) websites and the patient portal at roadieforge.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use RoadieForge

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must reside in a U.S. state in which we are licensed to operate.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during sign-up and clinical intake.

2. Telehealth services

Treatment is provided by independently licensed clinicians who use our platform. RoadieForge itself does not practice medicine. Care is delivered remotely via secure messaging and, where appropriate, video visits. Telehealth has limitations; in an emergency, call 911.

3. Prescriptions and pharmacy fulfillment

• Prescriptions are at the sole discretion of your clinician.
• Some products are fulfilled by partner pharmacies (e.g., LegUp Recovery / VialsRX). When you check out, you will be redirected to the partner; their separate terms also apply to the order, shipping, and refund logic.
• RoadieForge does not directly process or refund partner pharmacy charges.

4. Subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds

• Some plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel future renewals at any time from your portal.
• Unshipped orders may be refundable; shipped or compounded prescriptions generally are not refundable for safety reasons.
• Refund disputes for partner-fulfilled orders must be raised with the partner.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your identity or share your account.
• Resell or redistribute any medication received through us.
• Interfere with security features (rate limiting, signature verification, etc.).
• Scrape or reverse-engineer the platform.

6. Intellectual property

All site content, branding, imagery, and code are owned by RoadieForge Health, Inc. or licensed to us. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the service for your own care.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is.” We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Medical outcomes depend on many factors and we cannot guarantee any specific result.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoadieForge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised Terms here and update the “Effective Date” above. For material changes, we will notify you by email.
